The things buyers ask first

Who can buy on MEWASPICES?
Kirana stores, retailers, hotels, restaurants and food businesses. It is a wholesale counter, not a consumer shop — orders are placed against a pack size and a minimum order quantity, and every buyer is verified before rates are visible.
Why do I have to submit KYC before seeing prices?
Wholesale rates are trade rates. Publishing them openly would put your buying price in front of your own customers and competitors. We check a GST certificate, PAN or shop licence, approve the account, and then open the rates to you.
Do I need a GST registration?
No. A registered business gets a tax invoice with the CGST/SGST split — or IGST when the supply crosses a state line. A non-GST counter can still buy and receives a bill of supply instead.
How does the credit line work?
Approved retailers get a limit they can bill orders against instead of paying up front. Drawdowns and repayments post to a ledger alongside your wallet movements, so the outstanding amount is always a figure you can look up rather than one you reconstruct from memory.
How do I know a delivery actually arrived?
Every consignment is dispatched with a tracking reference — our own routed fleet or a Shiprocket AWB — and cannot be closed as delivered until a one-time code from your counter is verified. The status trail is timestamped and kept against the order.
What if a line is short-supplied or an order is cancelled?
Cancellations record who cancelled and why, and refunds move through their own tracked states back to your wallet, where the money is usable on the next order instead of sitting with a gateway.
I have my own brand. Can I sell here?
Yes. Register as a brand seller with your GSTIN and FSSAI details, clear KYC and the one-time ₹499 activation, and you get a portal for your catalog, stock, orders, dispatch and payouts.
