How do I track my wholesale shipment?
You can track your orders directly inside the MewaSpices mobile app or web dashboard under the Orders section. We provide real-time tracking links as soon as the consignment is dispatched.
How do I get my GST tax invoice?
Tax invoices are automatically generated and emailed to your registered business email address upon dispatch. You can also download them anytime from your account dashboard.
How do I request account deletion?
You can request account deletion directly from the mobile app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by visiting our Account Deletion page.
